May it be that CPU-Z knows more than we about this rejected Gallatin? Idea

Not likely. Many problems with the last few versions of CPUz.

Yes looks some bug of CPU-Z after changing cpu in system.

I get latest version of CPU-Z (1.95-en) it shows cpu correct nothing special
