These are some nice CMOS 8MHz Z180 type CPUs
these came in 2 flavors the 'Z' type (these) which were designed to interface to Z80 peripherals, and the 'R' type which were designed to interface with 63xx/68xx/80xx peripherals.
Hitachi designed the 64180. then licensed it to Zilog, who then enhanced it for their own Z180, kinda convoluted
