CPU Shack: HP 1AE8-6101 MC2 16-bit processors - SOLD

Here are some nice HP MC2 processors in a 48 CDIP package (they also came in the big square white CLCC)

They run at 8MHz at 12V and are packaged in a very cool white ceramic 48 contact pinless package.
The MC2 architecture uses 8 16-bit general purpose registers, and treats I/O as if it were a set of registers as well (very unusual design)
Interestingly the MC2 can be ran in slave mode, where another processor can access its registers directly.
