VIA Eden ESP Samuel 2 vs Nehemiah - compatibility & issu

Just wondering if there are major differences between VIA EDEN ESP 5000 model based on Samuel 2 core and EDEN ESP 6000-10000 based on Nehemiah core?

Are they pin-to-pin (BGA ball-to-ball) compatible?

Any technical documentation you can recommend?

After a quick diagonal read, cannot tell (yet) if there are any pin-to-pin differences between the two models...
