Soviet Hybrid MCM Series "Talisman" К230ИР1А
Each of the series chips contains up to 40 logic elements of the TTL type.
Rectangular ceramic metal housing. Very unusual version - multilayer switching board with a regular structure and internal installation using an inverted chip method. Housing consists of two base boards interconnected by means of intermediate frame. Circuit elements are located on both bases.

It appears these are 8-bit storage registers (2x4bit), so essentially 8 D-type latches. Similar to the later 74LS374.

I don't know exactly, maybe the number - is a series to a particular product. It doesn't look like a number of batch . The triangle on Soviet products denoted military acceptance, for military products, but here the triangle is turned from top to bottom _________________ WTB List / Trade List |
