paypal is MIA at moment.. i am only getting an error 503 from Oz

I just had that happen to a bunch of websites (Reddit, Quora, etc). Paypal seems to be okay but Reddit is still down. And I checked with my phone and got the same issue, so it's not Cloudfare's DNS acting up or something.
