How come i couldnt find this Sspec on this forum? Looks like a fake, but nobody has it? there were many talks about fake CPUS here... It's a rare fake Sspec?

Definitely a fake - you can see lots of blemishes in the paint. And it must be at least very uncommon if it doesn't return any hits in a forum search

The paint may come off with rubbing alcohol or acetone if you want to find out what it actually is.
Otherwise steel wool works well.

nah, it looks too good to destroy it ) i have many fakes looking terrible, but this one looks really nice
