Here are some nice New Old Old Stock National Semi SC/MP INS8060N Processors.
The SC/MP was National's 16-bit processor that came out back in 1976 and was made originally on a PMOS process
These are the later NMOS version that doubled the clock speed to 2MHz
10x National INS8060N $14 each or a pair for $22
