The Vivotek VVTK-8120 is a ARM based SoC with onboard Mpeg-4 encoding, designed for running IP cameras and similar
Its made by VATICS which was spun off of Vivotek to handle all the SoC sales (they basically are called VATICs when sold to third parties, and branded Vivotek if used in Vivoteks own products.
I have 6 of these - Cheap way to add a new brand to your collection
$1 each is fine
