What do these marks mean

FOR HST&KSLT
CELL CONTROLLER
It's a opteront 250,my friend tell me it's a qs cpu,but I still don't understand what that string of marks means.
From the information collected by Google, may HST,KSLT be AMD's testing tool?

Looks like something that is a normal Opteron but was saved for internal use, in this case, it appears to run a test system

Probably a Test Cell, not a battery Cell

CPUs are often tested in a large test system, that has boards that take 10-20 or more CPUs at a time, each system can take many of these boards, and the boards, or the systems , are often called Cells.
