These are some very nice an uncommon 8 function Schottky TTL 4-bit ALUs.
THe SN74S381J is a ceramic 4-biut TTL ALU but more interestingly these are made by MMI
MMI is much more famous for inventing the PAL (for which AMD later bought them in 1987) as well as making PROMs, and the 6701 bit-slice processor.
These are New Old Stock from 1979
Also of note, MMI was founded by Ze'ev Drori, who later became the CEO/President of Tesla Motors
They also made some 7400 series TTL including these very nice ALUs
