Interesting it takes both 3.3V and 1.2V and 1.8V

Maybe RF something?

looks so strange.

I guess it contains cpu and cache on one subrate.

Its made by White Electronic Designs
Could be PowerPC perhaps as they made lots of MCM versions of those
