These are some of the last i960 processors made.
They feature the i960JT (clock tripled) core with 16K of L1 Instruction Cache and 4k of Direct Mapped Data Cache and an independent MULT/DIV Unit
The 80302 is identical except the slower external SDRAM bus speed. It is based off the A-2 stepping of the 80303 (so the A2 stepping is the first 80302 while the A0 is the first 80303)
