Here are some very nice Unisys PGA chips. These are a nice package with a large PGA pinout and lots of gold.
These I believe to be used as I/O controllers/ interfaces as they were used on pretty much all late 80s Unisys boards (SCSI controllers etc.) for interfacing tot he main CPU.
They are sold pulls and quite nice eye candy
