That's a 68705G2L1, a 68705 variant in CMOS, part of the 6805 family of microcontrollers with a 3776 byte EPROM. I don't know more than that.

It has a unique feature of "self-programming".
It has an internal boot-strap ROM, and when it is connected to an external EPROM, it reads its contents and writes them into the internal EPROM by itself.
Some of other 68704/68705 chips also have this ability.
