It should be old marking for mc68b00p.
Strange that it don't have mask designation. |

SC is the proper mask code for mid to late 1977 so that one is nice
7931 would be 9R (or G9R)
I have seen a few Motorolas where the mask was forgotten, I have an oddball MC6800L2 from 1977 without one _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
