Here is a nice set
Late production very clean HP Nanoprocessor 1820-1691 with a 1QH9-0089
the 1QH9 is found on the same boards as the nanoprocessor, I thought it was a ROM, but its definitely not, maybe a ADC? die looks like a mixed signal, very nice
$35 for a set _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

One question. The HP nanoprocessor required a ROM to work and should be close to the nanoprocessor. Despite not seem to be a ROM, was there another chip in the same board that could be the ROM? Was the 1QH9 really close to the nanoprocessor in the board?
Maybe this comes from sone HP electronics equipment like a function generator and is a ADC as the first guess.. |

Dont remember what else was with them, but yah nanoprocessors were used in a lot of mixed signal stuff, thats why I went with ADC _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
