Here are some very nice IBM z9 MCMs

These each have 16 dies on them and are in very good condition
I did some light cleaning on the one for pics so you can see the dies better (the thermal compound comes off nicely with Xylene/acetone, I avoid much mechanical effort as those caps come off easy)

These are about 92mm square

There are 8 (PU) Processor unit dies on each chip (each can be single or dual core), these are the rectangular dies

The 4 square dies in the middle are the SD L2 Cache dies, 10M each
The other large square die is the SC (Storage Controller)

The remaining 3 smaller dies are 2x MSC (Memory Storage Control) and a clock chip
