The MC68302 was the first of the MC68300 line, and one of the early versions that used the MC68000 core instead of the later CPU32 core (68020 based)
In addition to the 20MHz 68000 core it also has a RISC processor core for communications tasks
These were made at MOS11 on a 0.65u process and contain 320,000 transistors
