Infinera makes Optical networking components (photonics) and their own ASICs to control optical networks.
They operate their own fab in San Jose CA.
The IXD202 is a 28nm chip capable of handling 400Gbps networking traffic
I know nothing else about them, though they are most likely samples (lots of hand writing on these0
