Here are some nice Rockwell PPS-4/2 processors
The PPS-4/2 was a 4-bit PMOS processor released in 1975 (these are all from 1978/79) running at 198KHz. It was used in arcade games, pinball machines among other applications. Curiously for a 4-bit processor they have an 8-bit instruction word, and a 12-bit address but
