This processor comes from the laboratory of the Kvazar plant, where it was produced. This is a complete analog of Intel 8086 with a frequency of 5 MHz. Manufacturing date (determined by laboratory records) February 1991.

That's not uncommon. And without markings, it reduce even more the value...
