Recently I have learnt about there are Core 2 Q6400 and Celeron Tualatin 1500MHz in existence, but I can not find a picture or even who sell them. So could anyone help me find a picture or a sign of their existance? Thanks.

I don't think the Q6400 was actually released. Intel put out samples, and marketed the chip, but I imagine that by launch they realized there was little consumer demand for a low speed, high (at the time) core count desktop processor. They put out a Xeon equivalent (X3210) for servers where that sort of spec would be useful, but as far as I know, the lowest spec Kentsfield that made it to the desktop platform was the Q6600

I've no doubt that sspec made it to an early product list distributed to OEMs, but unless someone ordered some they may never have been made. They're not shown on Intel's Kentsfield products page.

I uploaded a scan of QUPW here: https://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/QU/QUPW.html

Unfortunately mine does not POST.

There are many MANY cancelled parts that had samples or even last-minute production parts before getting canned.

LGA775 seems to have been the spoiled socket, as that is where most of the ones I'm aware of seem to live.

Some noteworthy ones:

Pentium Extreme Edition 840 (B0) SL8FJ
Celeron E3900 / E3000 QLVM
Pentium E6900 / E6000 QLPP
Core 2 Duo E8700 SLB9E
Core 2 Extreme X6900 SL9S4 QTOM
Core 2 Extreme QX9750 QJEE

There's a ton of other ones too, mostly samples.

Unlikely. The only evidence of it existing points to Intel's specification update, 243748-051. I have not seen a product change notification document that has stated this particular S-Spec as well, so I doubt it actually exists.

Could be a ES or maybe a one-off.

I can be wrong but afaik unlocked tualatin es samples have maximum multi x14, so it's very unlikely.

It was supposed to be a joke but I guess it didn't come over correctly.

(and the joke being 11.5x133 = 1563)

No way celeron would have 133 bus.
Many years ago I tested QCU4 and iirc it has x14 as max, and I heard others are limited to 14 too, probably anything higher was not implemented on the die.

There is 2x S-Spec and 2x Q-Spec listed for Tualatin Celeron 1.5 GHz, but that doesn't mean they ever existed. Ie: Q-Spec and S-Spec are also listed for Pentium 4 4.00 GHz and they were never produced.

About Q6400s, the retail counterpart for QUPW is SL9UN (B3) or SLALF (G0). One seller seems to have SL9UN in stock: https://www.memory4less.com/intel-2-13ghz-core2-quad-desktop-processor-sl9un

Not sure if it's true...

That's the Pentium 4 580 that you are referring to, right? https://web.archive.org/web/20050802112100/http://geizhals.at/eu/a158701.html
