Here are some nice non-production Westmere-EP Xeons.
Both are early A0 stepping made in mid 2009 (these weren't released until Spring 2010)
7x Xeon 1.73GHz AT80614005208AA Westmere-EP-A0 6C12ML3 Q3NW $13 (no production equiv)
9x Xeon 2.40GHz AT80614004329AA Westmere-EP-A0 6C12ML3 Q2WV $12 (no production equiv)
The 2.4GHz parts are the same speed as the E5645 but with a 3200 vs 2933 bus and no Turbo, They also are a 95W part vs 80W)
