Both of these Bluestreak LH series ARM processors are SHARP Designs, NXP bought the Bluestreak line from SHARP in 2007
The LH7A400 is a 200MHz ARM9TDMI w/ 8K I-Cache and 8K D-cache and a 80KB SRAM It also has a Windows CE Compatible MMU
The LH79520 is a 77MHz ARM720T w/ 8K of L1 Cache and a 32KB SRAM
They are both NOS
9x SHARP LH7A400-NOB Rev B3
9x NXP LH79520-N0Q Rev B1
$4 each or a pair for $7
