My "CPU wall" is almost ready.. 16 panels so far, another 3 or 4 to do. After 13 years of collecting CPUs i can finally see the whole collection at once. _________________ https://www.facebook.com/CPUCollectionRO |

| Very nice! How do you fix the CPUs to the panels? I am asking because I am thinking of ways to display my collection on the wall of my new apartment. |

For some of them, where i had enough sockets - Sk462, 423, 370, 7,mobile Intel and AMDs - i glued the sockets on the panel and just put the CPUs in their socket Some of them that are broken / missing pins, really bad pins or known faulty are glued with universal silicone... BGAs, PLCCs, Sk775s, Xeons, black fiber Celerons and some other pinless are glued with double sided adhesive tape. _________________ https://www.facebook.com/CPUCollectionRO |

Cool, cedrik you did it!
I don't see the dust protection on the panels in the pictures. Glass? _________________ WTB List / Trade List |
