Here are some very nice Compaq Alpha 21264C EV68CB CPUs
These are often damaged as the nice white ceramic is rather fragile, but these are in nice shape and include the interposer that protects the LGA side)
The 21264C is an interesting CPU that in a way brought together many of the big players of the 1990s. A DEC design, fab'd by IBM and sold by Compaq (and later HP)
