The 82560 is a rather obscure chip (not even sure if it made it to full production, all data is preliminary)
Its a Host Interface/Memory Management Unit ment to interface advanced LAN controllers (like the 82590 82592 and 82588) to the IBM PC/XT/AT and PS/2
These are NOS Engineering Samples from early 1989
