Here are some nice IBM RS64-II CPUs.
These are all 262MHz versions.
IBM used a couple kinds of glue securing the heatsinks to these, so one set I pulled took the lids off too, makes it nice to see the die

Just need to heat up the lid a fair amount and it use a blade to pop it off (you can see how much room you have from the pic of the open one)
