Here are some nice ones.
These are S3 Wafers containing GPUs (though which one I am not sure)
They are marked SIA0IOC
Usually production ones are marked with the S3 86Cxxx so these are likely prototypes of a GPU
All the wafers are quite nice, and are 8" ones, big and fairly thick (so not super fragile)
$48 each
I have 8 of them _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
