Helo, last year got as gift nice hercules graphics card clearly based on motorola 6845 clone marked as CIC8645BE, but could't figure out company name. Found same chip on some bulgarian pc clone video card and thats all. One CPU collector sended me photos of MCU's used in chicony keyboards and some of them have same logo. So he thinks that it could be chicony, but we are not sure. Any help would be nice. Card itself is probably hercules, but after 2nd try one blue part near ISA bus blew with nice effects, so right now its not working. But theres no ID software for these cards anyway.

No it's the back of the card he showed in the link, not the one he added to this thread. He didn't add the card he wants info on to the post, he only linked to it.
