I got a bunch of these really nice (Brand New) D2104A-9 4kx1 DRAM chips
These are made for an OEM (sspec from the packaging S1960 ) House # 33-9047-00
They are recessed back packages from early 1978
The -9 speed grade seems to be custom (not in datasheets I have seen)
$2 each
