These are some POWER architecture processor made by P.A. (Palo Alto) Semi back in 2007.
P.A. was famously bought by Apple back in 2008 and the P.A. team went on to lead the development of Apple's in house ARM chip design (the Ax series of processors)
The founder of PA designed both the Alpha 21064 and the StrongARM, so PA was very well credentialed in the RISC business.
The PA6T-1682M is a dual core POWER compliant processor.
Each core runs at 2GHz and has 64K/64K of L1 cache and the two cores share a 2MB L2 cache
These are fab'd on a then very high end 65nm process by TI (later Apple would higher TI fab engineers that worked on the P.A. design, furthering their expertise)
15x P.A. Semi PA6T-1682M-LEL 8G $8 each or a pair for $15
