Here are some very nice Bipolar Intel PROMs
These were rereleased in 1975 and used in some early computers
The 3621 is a 1024 bit (256x4) PROM and the 3622 is a 2048 bit (512x4)
These are rather early and New Old Stock still in their chip carriers from Intel
