Context: in the world of coin collection (comics too) there are companies that assess the overall quality of the item and assign it a grade. Most of these end up in plastic cases (slabs).
I find it absolutely bizarre that sellers are trying to peddle off ICs in coin slabs... _________________ My collection |

I hope it's a mix of bofh. Seems a bit too extreme to be a conspiracy theorist _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
