The Vadem uses a NEC V30HL (8086 clone) at its core and integrates an LCD/touch controller and other peripherals. It was used to power the HP OmniGo and IBM Simon computers. It runs at 16MHz. Vadem was formed in 1983 and made many productions for mobile applications, including these SoCs. The silicon division of Vadem became Amphus in 2000
