It looks like all Socket 754 and 775 x64 processor have Sse/Sse2, the Socket 478 SL7QB/SL7Q8 too, so can we assume that any x64 Cpu has Sse/Sse2?
Or is there some Embedded/Low End x64 or so that has it disabled?
According to the search tool https://www.cpu-world.com/cgi-bin/CPU_Chart.pl
There are 98 Socket 754 processors with Amd64/Em64T, and the same number with Sse + Sse2.
And the same remark with the 178 x64 Socket 775 models.
Unfortunately. the tool does not have a "does NOT have xxx feature" criteria.
But I can see that there are 4482 x64, and only 4471 that have Sse or Sse2.
What could be the 11 x64 models that don't have Sse/Sse2? We can only see the first 100.
Or are they all mistakes in the database? _________________ Stelo.xyz Museum (CPU Collection and more) |

| All Xeon Phi models (more than 11) except the very last three (Knights Mill) do not support sse. |

Good catch, and I did not know that some Xeon Phis existed as an "usual" Cpu...
The search engine shows 14 x64 Xeon Phis and only 3 with Sse/Sse2, so they are the mystery 11 chips.
So, "x64 Cpu with Sse2" is not a pleonasm :p ...
