Unknown NEC chips

Got some interesting NEC chips. Good sizes, the square one is a little larger than a 80501 Pentium.
The printings are: D65931Q2E10 (top), D65935Q2E34 (left), D65936Q2E36 (right)
Can't find any information about them. Anyone know what these chips are?

We had a Group Buy on these a few years (ok 14 years) ago, $50 or so a set lol

These are NEC CMOS-9 family gate arrays , probably used in a NEC mainframe circa 1998 (SX4 etc)

Thanks, find the post. Interesting reading. So are they served as CPUs in the compuster?

From that what I remember they came from japanese earth simulator :
