Just noticed half the Atmels I had were actually Temics (they had stickers on them)

That leads me to be reminded of the craziness that is Atmel

These are earlier, but the same part

These are a enhanced 80C51 CMOS core, running at up to 33MHz with 64K of Flash and 1K of RAM (the highest spec of the series)

These use the older part numbering too, as they were originally made in 5V or 3V versions

these are 'CM'
