Here are some very nice Intel C2108 8k (8192x1) DRAM chips

The 2108 was released in late 1976/early 1977 and was one of Intel's first uses of a single die for multiple products.

These are based on the same die as the 2116 but with half disabled. This led to an interesting problem, depending on which HALF of the 2116 die needed disabled changes what the configuration looks like, so these got marked with either A6L (Lower half, A6 address line low at RAS) or A6H (Upper half A6 address line high at RAS)

These 2108s were not that popular and only stuck around a short while, disappearing completely from the 1979 data catalog. These are all dated early 1977

The S1572/S1573 were a matched set, both being a -2 (not marked on the ES)
