Is anyone aware of how to find a TILE based CPU? Seems Tilera and then EZChip had these. However, it appears NVidia/Mellanox now has the rights to these type CPUs but I'm not sure. Just curious if anyone knows how a FILE CPU board might be found and perhaps an SDK to build code for use with it.
Kind regards.

Are you sure you don't mean Tile processor, rather than File? Tilera/Mellanox produced Tile processors like the TILEPro64.

I've never come across a dev board, but I've seen earlier Tilera chips as security co-processors in Checkpoint firewalls, and the EZ-Chip and Mellanox versions in Mellanox switches. Now that nVidia owns the design, I don't know what their plans are for them, or if they are even still available. Oftentimes these designs are bought so features from them can be built in to existing products rather than that the purchaser intends to continue production. But if anyone has dev boards or an SDK at this point it would be nVidia.

Thanks. I know MikroTik has devices that use the TILE processor. Not sure where they are getting them from if not NVidia.

TILExpress network accelerator cards are relatively cheap and have Tilera chip onboard (TILE64).
