I guess 1st and 3rd are the same (just front and back).
Those are HP PA-RISC. A PA-8600 To be more precise.
The Agilent (2nd) is probably not a CPU (But if so has information about what it is exactly, I would be interested too  ).

The 1st and 3rd are the same, both chips come from a mainboard.And they can work. The large one is a CPU,I guess.
