I've got two package numbers (not a clue what they are functionally though)
31952 - unpopulated PCB for zen1 EPYC.
31977 - Blank EPYC chip, assumed zen1-based. _________________ My collection |

I run a datacenter with ~90 physical servers and around 30 appliances of various functions....not a single AMD chip in sight lol. Almost all Intel with a few special purpose IBM POWER based boxes.
I've thought of picking up an EPYC of some sort to play with though. |
