I've seen a couple of lists around the net for the FPO prefixes, and where they correspond to.
Unlike these many (seemingly) dead threads and old sites, I'm going to try to maintain this.
Before I drop my list, please note that many Intel processors have multiple FPO/lot codes. Older chips tend to have one printed on the front, and the other on the back. I believe the code on the back is for the chip fabrication itself, as the dates are often many weeks before the front code. The front code is related to the assembly of the processor itself. I try to guess the mfg date of a chip based off of its assembly date rather than fab date, but that's just me.
ANYWAYS, back to the big list. I think I have most of these down, but please correct me (or share any that I don't have)

I gathered many of these from the following sources:

I tried this once lol and gave up, as Intel started reusing prefixes and it got confusing quickly LOL
Especially when Intel started contracting out assembly/test and even some fab production _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

I don't mind having multiple countries listed for prefixes, I mainly want to figure out the mystery ones. _________________ My collection |

I found an example that has two separate date codes here:
