I too like the i960 PLCC. I saw your link to the English version of eBay. It doesn't help much; the listings are still in German. (And I haven't semi-fluently understood German since I was two years old, and that's not saying much). I even tried my favorite off-site on-the-fly translator, but it wouldn't translate (thanks a lot eBay).
