Are they exist?
maybe fpus such as 8087 were provided in trays.
Also would like find dedicated tray for 386 (not universal) but also never seen them. |

| I think most 8087s came in tubes. Also I've seen Intel and AMD 386 CPUs in tubes. |

The Fujitsu 8086 chips actually came in a plastic tray inside a box with a fold-out compartment.
I also 3d print myself stackable trays for some of the DIP chips I have. So you can also make your own! |
