K573RF3, K573RF3A, K573RF3B - with a capacity of 64 kbit (4096x16).
K573RF31, K573RF31A, K573RF31B, K573RF32, K573RF32A, K573RF32B - 32 Kbps (2048x16).
K573RF33, K573RF34 - 16 Kbps (1024x16) .
In addition, RF3 differs from others in that it has a multiplexed address-data bus
