I'm confused about the DEC Alpha... Some of these pictures are of the CPU board, but some appear to be RAM boards. How many boards are you selling for the 90 euro, and which ones?

yes they are two different boards.

How many boards with those 486 chips do you sell? Also, it would be very helpful if you have stated your price clearly for each item.

Aside from why someone would vivisect a TCM (maybe it was already broken?), I'm interested to know what one would use to actually cut cleanly through a thick ceramic substrate like that.

most likely it come from a promotional IBM bag along with the unpopulated MCM
these bags are quite common in Germany, you can find 3/4 in a year on Ebay

I have a water-cooled tile saw with a continuous diamond impregnated blade which I've used to cut 20mm thick ceramic tiles. The result is quite clean and straight. I haven't tried sawing IBM TCMs with it, but with a bit of patience it would probably do the job.
