CPU Shack: 20 Years of 8749H production - Offers Accepted

[CPUShack]

These are all 11MHz HMOS versions of the 8749 8-bit MCU, spanning nearly 20 years of Intel production

The -3 version is an interesting beast, its not in the datasheets I could find, but has some differences from a stock 8749H
Its a tighter spec device, Vcc is +/-5% instead of 10% and max current (Icc+Idd) is 120mA vs 110mA for a normal version.

Basically Intel found a way to sell some early marginal production runs.
