Here is a nice selection of rare gold Z8001/Z8002 CPUs as well as the uncommon Z8010 MMUs
The Z8000 is a full 16-bit processor, the Z8001 having a full 23-bit external address bus to allow up to 8M of RAM, and the Z8002 which limited it to 16-bits (64k)
This is the Z8010 MMU which was designed to allow the Z8000 to support 16M of memory (pretty impressive back then). The Z8001 allows for the use of 2 MMUs, supported double that.
Part of why the Z8000 wasn't so successful is for its full potential to be used, you needed the MMU with it, adding cost.
